I am 17 i started getting 2 of my wisdom teeth and i went to dentist to check he said me to get a X RAY and i was very scared.Then the X RAY showed that i will be getting all 4 wisdom teeth but all of them are straight as of now and he told me not to worry BUT LET'S SEE I AM STILL SCARED I just want to know if we can keep our wisdom teeth if they are harmless for rest of my life????

The gum fills it in/grows around it. I had that same question for my doctor last year when I got mine out. Now I just have little dents filled with gum back there lol.

Had my wisdom tooth removed and i could hear the dentist cursing at how stubborn the tooth was staying in wich was funny but very uncomfortable how much pressure i could feel trying to jank it out

I got my molar extracted today and it went horrible, surgeon injected atleast 3 syringes but i could still feel the pain. She said that medicine wont stop the pain caused by imflammation. (Surgeon said that after the extraction) After extremely painfull extraction she worked with diffrent sized drill bits that was even worse and i was trembling. I had to stop the bleeding on my own after the surgery. Paid 70 euros for all that. Went straight to work afterwards and i bled for 4 hours like a little bitch. Also she didint fill the gap with anything just used some tissues for bleeding. I am never doing it that again while i am conscious

Don't worry guys! I got 4 mine out with only local anesthesia. It wasn't a painful procedure. I didn't even feel a single pain while recovering.

For those afraid of saying anything stupid while under the influence of the Anastasia don’t be. If you are capable of being even somewhat coherent while under the influence of alcohol you’ll be perfectly capable of keeping your mouth shut.

Did all four of mine under local anesthetic while in the service. Hurt. But worth it. Walked 3 or 4 miles home. Golfed the next day 😂 not a great idea, but we _did not_ just get 3 days off 🤷♂️, so I had to take advantage. Doc gave me 2 Vicodin (only two because I couldn’t have had a 3 and then legally went to work the next day or something) so I took 1.5, saved the half for later and hit the links 🏌️♂️looking like a chipmunk.

I got mine out under general anesthesia. Didn’t even feel a single thing. I also felt little to no pain during the recovery process (I’m still recovering today). But yeah! It’s exactly a week now since I’ve had the surgery. Really wasn’t as bad as I made it out to be

Hehe im lucky; instead of twilight anesthesia I was able to get FULL general anesthesia which is 100% under (and I woke up normally instead of all 'weird'/high), best part was I went under before they put any needles

I got all of my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. Apparently I had a cyst on one. At one point I couldn't even chew on the left side of my mouth around the time I scheduled the extractions. The cyst explains why chewing hurt so bad!

During my wisdom tooth surgery, I didn’t want to take any chances and took anesthesia gas. For those who are about to get their teeth removed, go with the full anesthesia, it’s your best friend. Your vision goes black for like three seconds, and when it comes back, the procedure is done.

It went well no pain, just felt slight pressure during the procedure. Took an ice-cream after bleeding stop then applied ice pack around swelled area. The anesthesia begins to wore off. At this point i was feeling lot more pain then i immediately took pain killer (flexural). Now i am calm sleeping in my bed.
