Arkansas! It’s one of the cheapest places to start that rents are pretty high. Cheap building + good rents = GREAT!

I’m 16 years old and I am really interested in real estate and I’m curious on what to do as soon as I start like when I turn 18 and get my license what type of propert do I look into

If you’re talking about what kind to sell, I would recommend residential and not commercial at first. It’s obviously not a bad thing at all, but residential would probably be easier to get into and make some money quicker. I think I did 2 or 3 residential deals before I went looking for my first commercial deal. Also, I would say make sure you work at a brokerage that will help you learn both at the beginning and you can see what you’re more interested in. They’re pretty different from one another!

I’ve been considering betting into real estate but was worried about the cost and this video helped a lot. I’m in my first year of college and don’t really think it’s for me personally. I feel like I can do more with my life sooner than later. If you have any advise it would be be very appreciated, keep it up with the great videos btw!

Thank you so much. That means a lot to me! I should’ve mentioned this in the video but if you sell one or two houses, then you’ve made enough money to pay for all of that already. It sounds daunting, and it isn’t for everybody, but I would definitely not let this scare you off if it is something that you may be interested in. Real-estate can be a great career for those who are willing to work hard every day and can be patient in the slow seasons. Best of luck, John!
