For my mental health,there is small components of EVERYTHING all you ladies said,with weight on music,nature & hygiene... but the biggest thing is literally,what you all done... talking & sharing...& knowing,we're all unique,& there is no right or wrong,every day requires a different/all of your techniques. So... thanks 👍

I got a knock on the door and when I opened it, there was a parcel on my step and one of the ladies in the van wished me well. I couldn't have been more surprised, was even more overwhelmed when I opened the parcel which was crammed with goodies. Someone had taken a lot of trouble and thought when preparing these gifts. It absolutely made my day!!
