Hello, thanks for making the videos. They are very useful. I am using Pulumi to create my ContainerApp using C#. I need to create an environment variable with the url of the container app itself. How can I achieve this? Do I need to create the container app first and then update it to get the url?

I do some research before the live stream. In this case there was not a lot of documentation available about this feature and I was discovering how to use the API live.
