I have spent the last 6 years practicing this way from my office in southeastern Ky. I do everything from billing to drawing blood. I am planning on starting some type of home care service. don't need to remove the mud guard closer to the suspension, also no need to remove the valve stem, just let the air out. Unplug the motor cable! Save you some headache and time just doing that. Don't over tighten the ratchet strap (if you use one) to help seat the tire. Bigger air compressor will definitely help seat the tire. I have a tiny one and it took a bit to get enough air pressure to seat

My only recommendation would be to have screen overlays showing the actual math of how much thca is available after decarbing the 20 G of marijuana and then what the concentration is within the 328 G of ghee. This will allow the user to better approximate how many milligrams of THC is within a measured amount of the ghee. BTW, I have been happily using my Ardent FX for a couple of years now. At the time I purchased it, the French press accessory was not yet developed. I think now that I will be purchasing one so as to reduce the amount of utensils used to make my product. 😊

Darn shame! As a nurse the 1stahhh THING!!! They OUGHT to know is sickle cell is EXTREMELY PAINFUL hence the name SICKLE cell 🙄 meaning the cell is shaped like an actual sickle shape 🌙 instead of a circle 🔴traveling through veins. This is why I don't want to be in nursing anymore because there are not enough people that want to stand up for what's right. That's why I lost my job in Dec 2023 for REFUSING to put EKG leads in the wrong place to speed up the triage process. My supervisor wanted me in and out the room with patients in 7 mins. This included manual BP, manual pulse, respirations, Ht, Wt, All medications. Any recent hospitalizations, and EKG if the needed EKG, they had to take off shirt and bra, if they had on pantyhose they had to come off. We had the 12 lead ekg so the leads could be placed on the stomach or it would alter the results. I cared about our patients. I worked in cardiology. I felt privileged they were sent to me before surgery to make sure their heart was healthy enough to go under or because the girls in primary care didn't do a proper Ekg. (They'd be cutting corners like my supervisor wanted me to do) So just like Ekg protocol is known sickle cell protocol should be KNOWN!😡😡NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Shoot all they have to do is blood work if you never been there! I'm so sorry for their ignorance! Maybe I will train to go into quality care in ERs EVERYWHERE What hospital is this?

I got the stainless vessel for mine and made a press from a green bean can lid and 3 bucks of stainless hardware from the store. Clean up of the FX is a breeze cause it all stays in vessel and while it looks nice I balked at the 55 bucks for the press.
