Sadly it won't always be this way n buying now might be a good deal 10 years from now. My dad started in downtown Atlanta bankhead area n it was hell then the Olympics came n downtown bankhead area went from him buying all of his homes for under $15k to today he owns 30 1 to 4 units all worth over 350k paid off.

West Philadelphia is a gold mine in hiding. A lot of Philadelphian’s would debate that, but that’s because they’re not paying attention to certain factors, such as an abundance of public transportation etc. Some Philadelphian’s pay attention to to areas like Chestnut Hill and East Falls.

I have seen you ask a similar question on other channels. Go to the Website that says RURAL DEVELOPMENT. It is a government website / program. IF you want PEACE and want a safe place for your family, COME AWAY FROM THE KILLERS THAT LIVE IN THE URBAN GHETTOS. Yes, this lady will tell you about certain areas of Philadelphia. However, the entire place is over run with crime and dirt. I moved to Berks County Pennsylvania. WOW, we can breath. DO NOT GIVE UP. KEEP SEARCHING. YOU DESERVE PEACE AS WELL. !!

There is no way to do this without looking up each property's owner. Even local property management groups are often working for investors outside the city.

Out of state landlord’s are required to have local representative now. You should ask potential landlord’s upfront about how they collect rent.
