Do these wind super tight? Is the yarn under tension in the ball? I read that it shouldn't be left that way too long. Does this winder let you use any type of yarn swift? Thanks in advance. 🧶

The density of the ball is determined by the tension applied to your set up along with your speed. You can create a range of balls from super squishy to firm.

Do the three bobbins all fit inside the case when it is closed?

Only one bobbin can fit into the Martin's housing.

Not sure if you make the case itself, but could you put a secondary pocket on the outside of the case to store the battery?

Martin's housing is 3d printed. While a secondary pocket on the outside would be great batteries being used are not made by us so they can over time change depending on supplies and technology.
