Thank you for your response regarding the use of Morpheus-8 for active acne. I appreciate your insights. Currently, I’ve been using the Fixer device, which utilizes fractional RF microneedling without the needling aspect. However, I’m intrigued by your suggestion of disinfecting the needles between areas and will consider incorporating that into my current practice. I have a question regarding disinfecting the needle tip between areas when working with the microneedling part. Would using alcohol to disinfect the needles potentially affect the RF functionality or damage the needles in any way? If you have any additional tips or insights on this approach, I would greatly appreciate your expertise as someone experienced with Morpheus-8. Thank you again for your response.

What setting do you usually use for most people. I know it supposedly goes up to 50 but what is a typical setting to get results? thanks

His results turned out amazing. Treatment is very tolerable with a good numbing gel and laughing gas. His skin is so much clearer; it is worth it for many people.

Can this help a hypertophic scar on breasr reduction? Does it cause any hyperpgimentation on scar widening as a side effect?

We have only seen this treatment (when done appropriately) improve scarring. It can improve hypertrophy. Technician, good clinical judgement, and settings are important.

Are you doing Morpheus 8 on active acne?? 😮 fractional rf Microneedling can worsen the acne and spread the bacteria as far as I know

Disinfecting the needles between sites can help with that issue. We have seen really amazing results using Morpheus8 to clear active and/cystic acne.

Absolutely. Once your surgeon clears you from healing, many patients should be fine to have the scar treated with Morpheus8.

Results develop relatively soon compared to many other laser treatments. We typically see optimal results about 6 months after treatment.
