PSA OFFICE is place where you can get your cenomar certificate. Cenomar is proof that you are not married to anyone,means your single.CE NO MAR CErtificate of NO MARRIED

It's not a Legal Capacity to contract marriage. It's still an affidavit of capacity to contract marriage. These are two different things. An affidavit is a sworn statement, the former is a legal document where the embassy is affirming. The US does not keep a database of marriages. Due to this they can't give a document such as the Legal capacity to contract marriage.They do offer templates online for you to print and fill out on the embassy website of the affidavit. This is what you will be getting to have notarized. Ask the local LGU/PSA what notary accept (local or embassy) before proceeding.

Nag offer po kasi ang pastor namin na siya na magsubmit ng paper namin,at the end po ang sagot po sa akin di niya raw alam...nagsisisi nga po kami Sana ka.i na lang nagpasa ng papers namin ...last option namin ay to wait another 3 months
