Good form but i noticed you tend to hang ur hand out there after throwing ur jab. I would try to focus more on the return end of ur punch. Beleive it or not it will make a big difference in power too its not just for keeping ur guard up. A proper punch will have an explosive snapping motion to it and leaving your hand out there will take away from that. Like i said solid form other than that tho. Chin tucked hands up tight punches with full body motion you got most all ur fundamentals down pat already u just gotta remember the return end of the punch. Retrieving your fist back to guard is still part of proper punching technique. Use that form you already have and just focus on retrieving that fist back to your guard after. Soon enough that explosive snapping motion will happen naturally. I like to think of it like a piston in an engine. It shoots back with the same force its shooting out with. Focus on that and i guarantee you’ll see your punching power increase almost immediately. Eventually it will become muscle memory like everything else.

@@watchmeworkfitness_LLC hard to say a specific drill without knowing ur training regiment ima believer in the idea that there is many correct ways to teach/practice the same thing so i wouldnt even suggest any changes in ur training regiment without knowing what it is already but its just something to be mindful of in all ur drills. The punch isnt over till its back in guard position. You want to bring ur fist back to position with the same snapping force u shot it out with all in one fluent motion. It can feel weird at first almost like its messing with ur form but its just a matter of repetition and im confident you’ll be able to feel how you need to adjust based on what you already know. But just keep that general idea of making it all one fluent back and forth motion in the back of your head and overtime it will become second nature and you will notice your punches naturally developing more snap to them. I can tell you have someone good giving you advice already tho so i dont wanna mess with that.

@@watchmeworkfitness_LLC one piece of advice id give all boxers of every level tho is to make a slip bag for home. U can make them out of household materials if u dont want to spend money and its a fun way to get practice in at home. I usually make it out of a tennis ball and shoelace just cuz i can get them for free but there is several other ways to do it too and the tennis ball prolly is one of the worst ways honestly just cuz of the light weight and bounciness but i cover mine in duct tape and that helps make it a little better
