They shouldn't have gone down with a team like that, they just shouldn't have and that goes without saying they shouldn't have.

How is everyone feeling? That was a tough one on Saturday wasn’t it? I felt so confident going into the match but after about 10 mins I was saying I don’t like the look of this. We were playing so slow and passing it around the defence unable to find a pass forward. Oxford were really good tactically pressing high, man marking our midfielders and trying to tackle and dispossess us right away. We couldn’t cope. I thought Evatt needed to tell the defenders to hit it long and bypass the midfield but it was just repeatedly passing it at the back. Oxford deserve a lot of credit for their tactics on Saturday. I think it maybe a blessing in disguise for us. We are too soft and lightweight, we need to get stronger midfielders in, we need to have a plan B. We are still moving in the right direction, hopefully we will learn from this, we need to.

Oxfords deserves promotion. Bolton's attitude and morale was no difference as bad as Strewsbury 2-2 draw. They defeated strong teams but lost points from weak teams. Non-sense.

We must push hard for promotion again next season. It will be tougher than this seadon with birmingham huddersfield wrexham and teams like blackpool wigan reading leyton orient and lincoln all looking to finish higher than last season.

Fair play to Oxford. As for us, next season should be Evatt's last season. Next season is gonna be a tough season with half if not most of the teams being dangerous (wigan, lincoln, reading, blackpool, wrexham as examples). I see us finishing 12th next season. As for FA Cup, we will get knocked out third round very likely by some Prem club. EFL Cup wise, we'll get knocked out second round. EFL Trophy we will get knocked out of the round of 32. Most of the players should go (Santos, Jones, Iredale, JDC, Sheehan as examples). All our loanees will go and the only contracts we are renewing are Jerome and JDB.
