My second comment here Imo the Postal 1 start up screen is also supposed to be a warning for the player to reconsider playing this game. It's like it's trying to say, "You should've never installed this game. Now you're really gonna regret it."

Wow, I just realized that this and DMC1’s mission start theme both use some similar sounds. They probably sourced those sounds from somewhere else cause I doubt that DMC1’s dev team felt inspired by Postal 1’s ost to lift some parts of it and put it in their own.
