I lived in Cincy from 1963 to 1974. My last visit there was over 30 years ago. Saw Pete Rose play at Crosley Field and Riverfront Stadium. Both are long gone now. Saw the Bengals on their first season where they played at Nippert Stadium on the University of Cincinnati. Watched the Cincinnati Royals play the Boston Celtics. Celtics are NBA champs, Royals are long gone. High School on the East side where I became an adult after my teen years. Worst weather in the country I'm sure. Autumn is nice for a few weeks.

My experience is that Home Warranties aren't worth the ink on the contract. Their network of service providers are the lowest rated (which makes sense because why would highly rated companies need to work with the Home Warranty company), the service providers often don't reach out to set up appointments, and they don't do a through job diagnosing the issue (often just try to do a total replacement or upsell which the HW won't pay for). The HW works hard at trying not to pay for replacements. The cost goes up every term, and what they cover goes down. I would have been better off taking my payments for the HW and putting them in an emergency account. I have had to call my own service providers or learn how to fix things myself. Complete waste of money.

Mason has too many cookie cutter subdivisions and out-of-touch rich white people. Work dragged me to Half Day Cafe once, and the giant angel mural is cringey. However, my grandmother lived in The Lodge retirement community, and that place is actually pretty nice. They took really good care of her and extended her independence in a way that few nursing homes do.

As a 30yr resident this is a sales pitch. Wasn’t expecting a realistic evaluation.

I have nothing against Kenwood, but you’d have to be a complete moron to pay $1.1 million for that home. Sure it’s brand new with the latest amenities, but there isn’t a tree over 12 feet tall on the entire street. You can’t just bulldoze the environment, build a row of houses, and call it a neighborhood. You need to hire a landscape architect to make it beautiful. If you want to sell homes in Cincinnati design the landscape first, then build the homes. Sure it might cost a little more, but this is Cincinnati. There are too many better options when it comes to buying a house to just fork over a million for a tract home. Even parts of Price Hill look better than that street.

Sayler park is a hidden gem and we need investors to buy into our business district! It’s calling for thriving businesses. We have the best neighbors, beautiful historical houses, and fernbank park🫶

wherever you move in Cincy, you should have a superior security system, a guard dog, and be armed. The crime stats don't begin to tell the truth

Hey I saw my house, nice video! I truly think Two Cities is the best NY style pizza in Cincy. Some of the best I've had that isn't in NYC. The only places we're missing are Apple and Trader Joes. Kenwood is only 15 mins down the road but the traffic is awful.

Thats the smallest back patio ive ever seen for 1.1 million, this economy is so flooded with overpriced properties. Just like this one.
