I bought another new Icebear trike a few years ago. It was their Harley styled trike. It looked great with the 5 Speed manual transmission. But, the problem with Icebear products is the soft metal they use for their engines and transmissions. Even if you use the very best synthetic oil to limit wear, the engines only last about 1,800 miles. Each time you change the oil, the oil is just filled with metal slag as the rings and engine parts wear out and break. You can buy a name brand used bike from Japan that would last 60,000 or more miles on the engine and transmission, but these Chinese made scooters and trike by Icebear have very shortspans and end costing about $2 a mile to purchase, plus gas, plus many repairs. I love the look of these Icebear products, but the poor metal quality of the engines and transmissions make them no bargain at all, and actually very expensive to own for such a short useful life until they no longer run.

always start bolts by hand and use locktite and grease axles rear axle too cause they dont put grease on them when you need to remove axle it will be easier

You absolutely 100% cross threaded that one handle bar scre using that fucking drill to start the screw. It's no coincidence that it took you 3 times as long as the other 3 screws to get it all the way in. Not to mention the screw clearly rotated 4 times as many as the other three screws. Smh please guys....don't do this at home. Start your fucking screws by hand!!!!!! And please whatever you do...do not get on KZfaq and make a video about how to strip out your brand new triple tree in one way step like this asshat just did. I will never ever ever buy anything from 161 Powersports after watching this video and I suggest anyone who reads this to follow my lead. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I have that very same model and year ski, bought used about 5 years ago. Runs excellently. Very fast (max 62 and NOT supercharged - so cheaper) and I have not had any display screen issues. I am pleased I made this purchase, it has served me well and continues to do so. Has 192 hours on it now, I put 100 of those on it :)
