My cat loves belly rubs, she literally cries if i don't pet her belly, if your cst doesn't let you pet their belly that means that they don't trust you. I sometimes lovingly look at her ans she just looks back slowly blinking at me. If I'm not near her she will start crying and screaming. I know this isn't all cats and mine is a cat i rescued when she was a kitten but still these points don't go to every cat.

My cats instantly detect any nutritional additive and they won't eat it even if it's a thing that they would actually like like salmon oil they'd literally just they smell it and they know it's there and they won't eat it I mean I put like literally barely like a few grains of vitamin powder in their food and I'll mix it in and leave it there for like 2 minutes and still they just know somehow it's so ridiculous
