When Biden sends our jobs to China I hope you're still standing tall

I am a Steelworker and Union. Except my shop has not seen a rep in over a decade. One person holds all Union titles like Union chair, shop Stuart and such in violation of rules and get paid extra to do nothing. Pay increase of 7 dollars in 25 years. Only couple bucks over minimum wage. Have not voted on pay raise in over a decade or a contract. Operating last 3 with none at all. Last raise just given at 70 cents and that highest in over 20 years. Union rules ignored! Pay rules for position ignored! Quota rules violated! 20 years for 3 sick days in violation of state law. Health insurance is 4000 out of your check for 8 months with a 4000-dollar deductible. 25 years ago same job and only made 7000 grand more after 25 years. Not even the cost-of-living increase. Never mind the state violations and where is the Union? Absent and in dereliction of their duty. Dues for what? Nothing as this Union shop even violates their contract and use help and workers who are not union and will never be. Also, a violation, no better than a scab stealing any hope at overtime which is only area we make money. Of which we are paid 20 and those scabs their employment agency gets 40 dollars an hour untrained. What good is the UNION! So get paid better outside this joke illegal Union. Reporting this to both state and federal agencies. Steelworkers are fraud and collecting dues for doing nothing. That is illegal as well!
