Nice video. One questions though. Aren't grams and milliliters only equivalent for water? The oils and alcohol would have different conversion ratios between volume and mass given their densities are not the same as water. Perhaps the differences aren't big enough to matter here though.

Terrific video. I've been making aftershave using your scenting oils for a while now. My method is simple. I shake some unscented aftershave in my palm and add two drops of your oil for a single application. This ratio is plenty strong and long lasting for me. Will you be adding any new scenting oils to your lineup?

Pete have you ever seen or smelled Old Spice white Water? It has the DNA of classic Old Spice, but with a fresh aquatic twist. I still have the original Shulton Version of it, with the original box. So I’m sending out a aftershave sos 😂. I love this scent, but the original is extremely hard to find, and I find myself rationing it. If you’re looking for a classic scent to recreate this one would be a winner.

Shave with any bar soap or Mitchell's Wool Fat? Cut the bar soap up, put in a mug, cover the soap with a small amount of water, microwave for a minute or so? if it foams up, stop. let cool you just went it to congeal' place in the sun, until soap hardens Larry

Thanks so much for posting this. I recently acquired one of these razors and my first couple shaves were pretty rough with it. Your advice of lightening up and using only 1/3 the usual touch works wonderfully. Also I found it helped to go slower than usual. I still experienced tugging and pulling even with a fresh Nacet blade which is one of the most efficient for me. But maybe that is just the way this razor feels as it still cut close.

How long does a 2ml or 5ml last for using say 6 drops at least?
@HendrixClassics
@HendrixClassics Жыл бұрын
These numbers are based on 4 drops per use. It also varies by oil as they have different densities which impacts how big a drop is before it falls. 2 ml vials are good for 15-20 highly scented shaves. 5ml vials are good for 55 highly scented shaves. 30 ml bottles are good for 275 highly scented shaves for less than most tubs of shave soap. You probably won't need 6 drops if you have a good sense of smell. If so, the numbers would be 14, 39 and 192 respectfully. We recommend starting w/ 1-2 drops and adding more as you verify that you aren't getting frag burn.
