I made the mistake of adding songs from Shenmue II & III into this when really I should've just been doing the first game since the others are set in China, I'll fix that mistake in my Chinese VGM playlist and make sure to only add songs from the correct place lol

I absolutely adore traditional music so I completely understand!! Shenmue has one of my favourite OSTs there's so many gems in that game. I was torn between adding music from the Uncharted series but that's traditional Chinese music as the second game uses Tibetan temple horns and the er-hu,, so maybe I'll do another one for Chinese music as well if I can find more that match 🙌🏻💕 I'll definitely make another one of these eventually tho!

I got the idea from a playlist that had a bunch of slowed SH songs in and it sounded beautiful so I had to pitch and extend it myself 😭💗

This is such as cool and memorable soundtrack. I remember being like 9 to 12 years old and doing that Ashley puzzle took me hours to do. Such good memories of Resident Evil 4 GameCube.

Resident Evil Survivor had such a dark story. It definitely needs a remake. People give it a lot of crap, but I still love it. It had a hopeless atmosphere, dark story and can be suspenseful. Obviously the voice acting needed some work, but it was still fun.

I love the alteration between the music, from calm to terrifying, shows that while the ocean is scary...there are still aspects that are beautiful and mystical about it.

Yes that was my inspiration!! I find all sorts of things in the ocean beautiful and mysterious (especially sea bunnies I want one) but at the same time it's endless and you don't know whats going to happen, that makes it absolutely terrifying

It's obvious that Capcom wants to give Ada and Leon closure in a (possible?) RE6 Remake, given how much more organic and human the characters behave. Here, in RE4 Remake, they act like actual adults, especially Leon. The disappointment in Ada's face when he rejects her ride says it all.
