Just stumbled across your vids and this one caught my attention…..first of all I want to say how great it is to hear such an genuine “honest review” and how it really is for us “normies” who don’t have the money or time to fish exclusive lakes who expect hundreds of and thousands each year. You’re a true gent and have the upmost respect for putting this out. This is what some of us need. So…..I have fished this venue a few times and it WAS a really good in its peak, but gone down hill since I saw this vid. I’ve not fished it since way before covid hit. Don’t need to duplicate what you said but I can’t agree more with all you said. All I say it’s money money money money, no care for the fish, no thought for the anglers. If your fishing still (I’m sure you are) please take the time to check out Frant lakes within 20 ish minutes of paddock wood. It’s a true venue and ran extremely well, max 40 anglers spread over 8 lakes at any time, 2 specimen lakes and 6 other lakes, lakes 1-6 can only be fish fri-sat inc bank hols. The fish a well looked after and rested 4 days a week. Nights only on the speci lakes. Anyway great vid, nice hear someone who speaks out.

ah thank you for such a lovely comment, i do try and give honest views as i dont want to see ppl waste money on venues where greed of lake owners takes precedence over fish welfare .....but that said if you can get down there mid working week i would say you would have a much better time there

@@oheclipsee972 hi is the red alarm making a sound when you place batteries in the alarm if it makes a sound when they are put in then no it’s not . If you put both batteries in and it doesn’t bleep then it could be the wire . Just get a small screw driver and undo screw inside batteryy cover and pull it apart make sure screw at the bottom ain’t tight as will hold both sides in place . Soon as it’s off will see if it is . Wonder he hasnt blocked his kitchen sink up. Also Banoffee stick mix, then adds a can of caramel condensed milk and defeats the object of using a flavour. Better to use plain condensed milk for the sweetness and cloud effect, and the banoffee for the flavour.

On the top you have that small rubber with s on it . Pull that out it comes out shine a torch in the hole you seen a small rectangle button that’s reset . Push it and hold it to reset receiver . Have all alarms switched on . Push the button once all light flash and stop it will select first led on receiver it will be dim hold the button and it will brighten the led . Alarm is now set to receiver repeat that on all of them test each alarm after you set it so you know it’s connected .

@fishittv566 will let you know how I get on. Its great that you've done your review a few years on. I think some people take them out of a box and say how fantastic the reel is but the real test is how long they last. I had a fox stratos reel that seemed fantastic but only lasted a season. A quick chat to a tackle shop worker confirmed that they had loads of faulty ones back. I'm sure fox have got up to scratch with reels now. Their first was the stratos which was obviously very poor. Funny how ive come across this video looking for a review on the soniks . I currently have the Korum set. And had them 2 years. And theyve never let me down in sense of letting me know when i have a fish on. And after your review i will be purchasing the soniks for below reasons. The korum one do my head in now at night when your asleep and they randomly bleep because of heavy wind or even if the fish look at my bait lol 🤣 i now want sensitivity button for a little better sleep at night. Also bang on about heavy rain. The korums in heavy rain seem to tone down . Look forward to trying these sks soniks.
