who are 'computer people' and what do we have then?

@@BeKey-Hub what we have are tools. Software. Applications. What makes them different is that they are made with machine learning. Machine learning is not artificial intelligence.

It's not a nuance I'm smart enough to explain simply, but it's a nuance I understand well enough to conclude that AI does not exist at this time. I shot my shot. @@BeKey-Hub sure! Sadly no matter the capability of technology, it’s up to the user, much like firearms, to be used for good or bad. So, the “standard of care” and “something that’s personalized” are untrue statements as the HUMAN element would use a cookie cutter evaluation and blanket effecting treatment because they are more cost effective methods. So, my response to your video, about how wonderful the dream of “healthcare” is, “That’s a lie” Thank you for coming to my TedTalk 🙌🏻

@@SMCDisaster thanks for the explanation. You are right, at the end of the day a person chooses which method to use or not but at least with the help of technology, he has those options. Basic example, people living in rural areas never really had access to care as everyone else - but telehealth actually gives an option to get a consultation in a matter of minutes. Yes, it's still up to a person whether to use it or not but at least such an option now is available. As for personalization - if you are going through the treatment, a personalized DTx increases the engagement of the person and eventually, the adherence to the treatment but yes, at the end of the day - it's the human who decides to take a pill or not. so yes, the human factor is important but that doesn't mean the technology can improve equity and standard of care and its delivery.
