I have to comment on this… My name is Patrick Quezada, I lived as a gay man most of my life… I was also raised in the church, and want to be the first to apologize how religious people have it all wrong.. It is religion and messed up judgmental people that have pushed the LGBTQ community away from finding a true relationship with God, the Father, the Holy Spirit, and with Jesus Christ! In 2016 I was battling a severe crystal meth addiction that nearly killed me.. The gay community mixed with meth is severely demonic, and the homosexual agenda is sadly deceiving and blinding the world… I need to be clear and take a stand, being gay is a sin… When Jesus saved me, and rescued me from putting a needle in my arm every day, living life of codependency, perversion, drug addiction, promiscuity, and most importantly, a life that was not ever intended for any of us… God created man and woman to be together… We need to realize that Jesus came to this earth to die for our sins, all sin is the same in His eyes… He sacrificed His perfect and blameless life to die so that we can live and have a chance at eternal life with God in Heaven… Hell is very real, and is nothing to play around with… I now choose to live a celibate life for God, as I crucify my flesh… Do I still battle unwanted same sex attraction? Yes absolutely… But I sacrifice what my flesh desires, so that I can please the One true man and God that will never leave me nor forsake me, and that is Jesus Christ, He’s the perfect Husband! I will temporarily sacrifice relationships here on earth so that I can ultimately have an everlasting relationship with God in Heaven… God has called me to stand firm and show love between true Christians and the LGBTQ community.. I want to be the first to apologize for how the gay community has been treated by judgmental religious people.. I need to take a stand and declare that Jesus Christ is the only true way to Heaven, and there is no one here on this earth, I will sacrifice and take the chance to go to hell with as it is sadly sang in this song…. All labels need to be thrown out of the door… I am not gay…I am not straight…I am a child of God… and I will do everything I can to continue to walk with Him and follow His commandments… There are other people that struggle with their identity, surrender to the One who will never leave you, nor forsake you…. Jesus… Define your identity through Him!
