Is it just me, or does this sculpture look like Mettaton from Undertale? Anyway, I think this is the first time I've seen such a detailed ceramic sculpture and all I can say is outstanding!!!
@ABArtStudios20 күн бұрын
I'm glad you like the sculpture! I dont see the resemblance but thanks!
@hairyballbastic894322 күн бұрын
Insanely cool project! really clever way to reuse outdated wires as well, love how the colours tie together overall I think the voiceover could be slower though, you're very rushed and the informations quite compact. Which I personally don't mind, I love how indepth you are with the process and meaning behind it all, but its quite a lot in such a short amount of time. Definitely recomend relaxing more in the future and stretching the timelapse.
@hairyballbastic894322 күн бұрын
Also I think some splotches of shiny in parts you want to highlight that wouldn't be affected by rust would be cool, maybe even sand it a bit to give it some scuffage
@ABArtStudios20 күн бұрын
Yeah that's a good idea about making it slightly shiny. I do agree that at times I do rush a bit and definitely compact a lot of information in such a short video. I find the longer the video, the less people watch it. Glad you like the project and thanks for watching!

So creative! I like the way you gave the audience a close look at the end at each piece, turning it around so we can get the full affect. Plus, you repurposed all those plugs! A great representation of the message you wanted to get across to everyone.

Really love the mixed media approach and that it was painted with acrylic! I'm an art student with a concentration in painting so seeing that approach honestly is super cool. The washes definitely help the rusty quality.. plus I'm always a huge fan of dark/morbid art pieces. Keep it up!

Thanks, I’m glad you like it! I have a lot of fun with the mixed media, and I like painting 3 dimensionally.

It's a beautiful piece! In an art gallery, this would sell very quickly for quite a sum! I think the piece looks so much more impressive in person, than it shows in the video. You should be very proud of your work. Your talent is definitely coming thru with the Rhino, as well as many of the other pieces on display in the gallery.
@ABArtStudiosАй бұрын
Yeah I agree, the video doesn’t do the sculpture justice. I’m glad you like the piece! Thanks for the support

The level of detail is just incredible! It's one of my favorites, and takes a skilled hand to create it, regardless of AI. I think we are just beginning to understand how AI influences the world in which we live. Excellent work.

Looks great! You may have already figured this out, but could help to do a layer of white/gesso primer as a base layer on the wood before adding all your other colors. May make it easier to apply paint and keep the colors you mixed looking the way you want.
