Really impressed with the smoked butter you’ve been making, dude! Couple questions if you don’t mind. How long do you let the piece of charcoal sit in the mason jar? And also, think you can then seal it in the same jar and leave it in the fridge for future use or is this more of a one time use for each jar you smoke? Thanks!
