The reqson why a lot of them never won an oscar is because they rarely use their talent but ibstead go for the big bucks in block buster movies. Take Cruise for example. He was excellent and showed his talent in rain man, interview with a vampie and born on the fourth of July. Instead of continuing shiwing his talent he sold out for the big bucks. To me irs a disgrace that Liam Neeson, Richard Burton and Richard Harris never won one because to be an actor you have to be able to act on both stage and screen like these and others such as Jackson and Pacino.
