Nice meal, love this meal as well. So much love barbecue, hope you show footage cooking at the grill. I enjoy getting the fire to create a crust on meat. I do tend to burn it first, then lower it, and sometimes finish with more flames at the end. I get it at 371 c or 700 f on some meals. A little dangerous but can cook large pieces of meat this way, might be too hot for your ribs but the flame makes meat taste better to me. Also, on that wasabi, we have a Japanese steak house chain called Wasabi and a bowl of that might show you a real eye watering burn. It has me, try it when you make the ribs, I hope you don't cough....I was choking at a family birthday, showing off, Paul if you can handle it-like a bowl of wasabi paste, I will consider you a legend. It is a dangerous on the throat, it cleared my sinuses and I coughed for for 3-5 minutes. Be careful if you find the strong stuff and I had half a spoon after taking bites of stir fry. I couldn't talk right for 5 minutes. Let me know if you have ever experienced such an event.

Same here we having Pizza, I'm having a spicy chicken with red onion, spicy sausage, pepperoni , green chillies and sweetcorn and washed down with Miller Genuine Draft, nice beer. Yes I can hear it raining, it started raining here in Wrexham about 6.45 till then it was nice and warm about 20c sun and cloud, yesterday was a nice hot day sunny and 22-24c.
