I would say Enterbay Batman but I have never seen the Sideshow PF in person. I did watch Sideshow’s cool little video of the making of that Batman and the prototype did look awesome but I haven’t seen any of the production pieces. Are you planning on getting one or the other?

The Enterbay Batman also looks great but I heard its plastic and fragile. Ive seen The Premium Format sell for half the price of the enter bay batman so maybe Ill get that one.

Yeah… I do wish he was a normal figure but we aren’t so lucky. I was hoping that when Rebirth released the unlicensed market would go crazy with figures like when Remake released but it didn’t.. I just hope GameToys keeps making their FF line! 😎🤘🏻🦇

Thank you for the honest criticism about REMAKE. The game had great potential, but I consider it a failure as a remake/game. They did SO MUCH wrong with it and I do believe ruined it. If somebody is not going to do a project right, then don't do it, PERIOD.

I agree… and beings they did go through with FF7Remake, that’s it. We won’t be getting another faithful retelling ever. The game is beautiful, the characters are spot on but the story was changed into oblivion. I’ve been grinding Rebirth and have a lot to say about it too, I’m right at the last chapter but have the Summons to beat on that island. My biggest complaint is how they turned FF7 into an Ubisoft Assassins Creed.. with all the little objectives in every new area.. I think it grinds the story to a halt every time the game just starts to get off the ground. I know all that stuff is optional but I want to see the Character interactions that come with those side missions.. and not allowing the player to use Vincent, RIDICULOUS!! I could go on and on but I’ll stop there😅 I’ll talk about it in my next FF unboxings. But thank you for tuning in and the support, I guess we will always have the PS1 game. 😎🤘🏻🦇

@@JesseRebirth I completely understand all of that. I was born in 85’ and I went through the same era as you. They are doing a faithful re-creation of the game on android called Evercrisis. I hope that it gets ported eventually to other systems. I am also collecting ALL of the Gametoys figures as well. I am REALLY looking forward to see what they pull off with Barrett. It will also be interesting to see what they do with Red XIII. Will they try to use mostly fur or will it be a plastic/fur combo. Anyway, keep up the videos and keep telling the truth about modern game development.

At the moment yes.. Hot Toys does rerelease figures / do 2.0’s every so often but I have yet to see them go back to any of their VG series. I would check eBay or FB groups, sorry but I hope this helps. But thank you for tuning in and the support!!!😎🤘🏻🦇

Thank you bro!! That custom Snake is still on of my favorites! I had my eyes on the Old Snake from the same group but never pulled the trigger. What I’ve really been waiting for is a MGS2 Snake!! Personally I don’t think it gets cooler than MGS2 Solid Snake, the mullet, the scruff, and the new sneaking suit but sadly no one has done one yet.. have you seen any good customs out there lately??

There wasn’t one.. GT operates very secretly. The best places are 1/6 websites. Find me over on IG and shoot me a DM and I can give you a few that I frequent. They have a couple figures in the pipeline but you can only find news about up coming figures through other people on Reddit 😅 They did just put up an extra body (soldier first class) for Cloud’s extra head. But before that GT has been silent for over a year with FFVII.

Quick question, i realize that you assembled the statue on the foam to move it later on. I'm in a similar situation where I built up the statue but I'll need to move it onto a different stand. Were you able to move the whole statue (with a bit of help) or should I disassemble it first before moving it ? I'm afraid that moving the whole assembled statue at once might cause a breakage on the base and wanted to know how you moved yours. Thank you ☺️

I guess to each their own but would ask which Hot Toys do you collect then? I see Hot Toys as a more of a commemoration of these characters. BvS is still an enjoyable movie much like how Batman 89 and Returns are and Ben Affleck is actually most people’s favorite on screen Batman. I’ve never really thought about wanting a franchise to still be running for me to want the figures. But in a sense these are all dead/ failed franchises nowadays, Marvel has fallen, Star Wars has fallen, DC has fallen and those are almost all of HT’s licenses now. Check who they follow on IG, they follow 14 accounts, once you subtract their own IG variations like HTjapan and Honostudios they only follow Marvel, Disney studios, Star Wars, DC comics, and League of Legends. It seems gone are the days of other beloved random IP’s ( Aliens, Terminator, Predator, etc). But I would argue outside of the OG trilogy, (and some people really love the)prequels, and Rouge One, Disney Star Wars is a failed franchise. Ever since Endgame every Marvel project streaming or film has bombed (only Sony’s Spider-man is the exception). And DC is just a mess, but I can understand someone wanting figures of certain characters from any of that media. I guess I’ve always just bought figures based on what I like than what others have thought about them or how the franchise ended. I still watch and enjoy MOS, BvS, and ZSJL and want anything Ben Affleck Batman related. It would be like not wanting any Arkham figures because the newest games like Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad killed the Justice League ruined Arkhams legacy. I guess I could go on forever and this would work better as real life conversation but I did enjoy exploring your take on this and thank you for tuning in and the support bro!!😎🤘🏻🦇

I don’t like actors faces on them unless they were a movie that was a one off and the character wasn’t replaced or had major alterations in his design. Like I would prob collect John wick or the chic from Kill Bill. Maybe power rangers.

Nope, China Manufactures everything.. even Prime 1 Studios is a Japanese statue company and they are made in China. Maybe the Kotobukiya’s are sent over unfinished and Japan puts the final touches on them but I doubt it. But thank you for tuning in and the support!!!😎🤘🏻🦇

But sadly no, the motor slowed to a stop awhile ago… I never really used the motor but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t still work. Most of my HT Iron Mans lights stopped working awhile ago. I guess it’s like that old saying “the candle that burns brightest burns half as long” still upsetting though…

I feel your pain bro.. I know all too well how it feels to miss a PO. I have seen him around at a few 1/6 shops, all over priced now though.. I was hoping that once Rebirth released we would see a rush of new figures like we did with Remake but it’s been pretty quiet.. I do know GT is had a Vincent, Cloud in dress, Aerith, and a Yuna in the works but haven’t seen any kind of an update. But thank you for tuning in and the support bro!! Always good to see you my friend. It is so good hearing you talk about the 90’s, im 37 now so also a child of the 90’s. I remember rushing to the store to get a game, praying they still have it in stock haha. I still have all my PS1 games and consoles, including FF7, I actually completed it on the PS1 again only a couple of years ago. As we discussed on one of your last videos, I thought id let you know that the P1 Pattinson Batman has arrived. He is awesome, the likeness is insane too. The part of the chest armour where the cape attaches is a pain in the ass but other than that, masterpiece.

It’s good to hear from you bro! I just turned 36 in May so we are in the exact same age range. I bet we went through many of the same fads too lol. Damn bro, the 90’s were truly awesome. I know everyone always says that while reminiscing you are just remembering the good or looking through rose tinted glasses but I feel like the time frame we grew up was truly special. We were spoiled for cartoons growing up with things like BTAS, X-Men, Spider-man, hell any Saturday morning cartoons. PS1/ N64 were the revolution of gaming and we got watch games explode with the PS2 & Xbox! Nothing ever felt like “content”… and we were able to see the golden age of the internet! Pre social media, pre having the internet in your pocket, pre online only video games. In the early 00’s when you left home you left the cyber world there. I’ve been meaning to play FF7 on the ps1 again.. I’ve been playing Rebirth I’m around 160 hours deep sitting right at the edge of completing it but now I have to grind for EXP. But it has made me miss the original!! The OG was soo straight to the point. I just noticed the other day that I can organize comments into “replies only” so now I can continue convos lol. YT Studio never alerts me to replies so I would lose most of them. But I’m glad the P1 Pattinson turned out amazing for you! I’m still waiting on that Queen Studios version.. I’ve bought from the website before but I’m a little worried… I be digging through the replies so expect to hear from me soon. But thank you for all the continued support bro!!!😎🤘🏻🦇

Yeah the 90s really did spoil us, one of my favourites which seems little known now was Pirates of Dark Water, that was a great cartoon series aswell as all the others you listed, I watched them too. Haha yeah man we definitely got the best of the internet! Always remember the classic MSN messenger after school, messaging friends. Ah man it was a trip down memory lane playing on the PS1 again. I have recently played Crash Bandicoot, Tomb Raider and Heart of Darkness on PS1 and then played Kingdom Hearts on my PS2, all classics in my opinion. Yeah man it will be good to hear back soon, especially now you can see responses 🦇👍🏻

I can’t wait to play it and I have been staying away from any video talking about😅😬 but I have heard that Rebirth has been a disappointment sales wise.. even in Japan. It worries me for part 3.. but maybe it might rein it in. I don’t think people enjoyed all the unnecessary changes in Remake. Come back here after you beat it and let me know what you thought of it. Its just disappointing they had to include this new storyline. Im excited for part 3 still but Im dreading how it will all finally end…
