It's one of my favorite series without a doubt glad you love it! I agree the illustrations from back in the day were alot more engaging and definitely did a good job depicting the stories. I didn't read them till I was an adult sadly but I can imagine the covers to a child seeing them for the time would definitely have drawn them in faster than alot of the modern covers books have today

Going to send off a few submissions to bgs/psa in a few weeks I'll make sure to show how I clean the back of that card since I've got a few naysayers 😂

I agree with you, the new printing of cards just removes any sort of childhood nostalgia and aren't the same for me either. I hope one day to open a Summoned Skull tin on the channel if I can get a 2nd one for opening purposes

Matthew Woodring Stover is such a powerhouse of fantasy sci-fi. I want to read his Star Wars books, as someone who only watched the movies, are there any books in the series I should read before/after reading his works that are of equal quality?

@vierzwanzigen9722 To get into Stover's Star Wars books, the best place to start is his Revenge of the Sith novelization, then Shatterpoint, followed by Luke Skywalker And The Shadows Of Mindor, and finally Traitor, but to get the Traitor, there are other entries in the New Jedi Order series.

@@deepemotion2745 even though it’s an unlimited tin, you can tell it’s from 02 because of the green pack being magic ruler and not spell ruler. You can also tell from the Konami logo being the white square that it is also vintage and not a reprint. Maybe check yourself before you’re rude next time 😮

It is removable, a moist cloth can easily remove the scuffs I've done it before to other cards 👍🏻 you can sometimes see videos of people doing it to cards they submitted to psa that got a grade they feel there card didn't deserve and they resubmit them wipe the scuffing off the back and get a 10 I've seen it done many times

I'll make a video in the future doing it actually, that will be a good video for the channel 👍🏻

Trying to wipe scuffing off cards with damp cloths actually ruin the cards bro. Psa graders can tell when there’s been attempts at cleaning cards in this manner. Never use moist cloths on these cards

​@@Ramenwitheggit won't my friend, I've done it many times and there are videos of other people doing it as well to cards and getting a psa 10. A lightly dampened cloth does not ruin a yugioh card if applied correctly, I respect your opinion but I've seen this done and done it myself before

@@onlygoodgamesofficial I’ve graded hundreds of cards. Scuffing like that 9 times out of 10 will not be completely removed. But whatever helps u sleep at night

There's no set price, it's whoever that has em is willing to let them go for what price. These super old school tins are extremely rare and will keep getting more difficult to find.

I think the only 1 i ever remember opening was the kaiba 1 few yrs ago my lil brother gave me a whole bunch of these tins they were empty and have no idea where he found them but i have them now wish i lived in a nice place i cud display them there jus in a storage tote right now but 1 day hopefully. I used 2 beg my mom 2 take me 2 books a million on weekends 2 play n get couple of packs we was usually broke but she did what she cud 4 me n my brothers good times my son doesn't kno how lucky he has it has cards on top of cards. i nvr even saw a whole box of yugioh cards jus the single pack blisters lol

That's awesome you still have them! I wish so badly I still had mine from childhood 😢 some of the best childhood memories I have are with Yugioh and these tins so I definitely love hearing that other people still have there childhood tins 👍🏻
