I actually had the original owner's manual for my 73. The first sentence in the manual said: "Congratulations! You have purchased the finest sport touring motorcycle available." What an iconic machine!

I've owned 9 motorcycles in my life time. One of them was a 73 CB750 Four. For some reason that bike left an impression on me like none of my other bikes did. She would always whistle when you put her in high gear. Loved that bike.

That fuel tank filler cap and that side cover with the external oil filler cap is not on the '77 model. It must be '76 or older, I believe...
