I would prefer this scrub towels over scrub stone. I wouldn't even call it pumice stone as I know it's pretty light weight. It's the ones that looked like lava rocks and heavy.

As a morrocon whose been exflorating sinse a chirld u should put some hot water on your skin first then once your skin is hot put some black soap on and scrub everything will come out way easier

I know that gloves is really good cause that have been use in morrocan bath. They cost less with otganic Moroccan olive soap too. Only cost 2$

You can use sugar and coffee to scrub in shower, i use wax i hate razor ,i have never had problems with my skin when using wax made at home or machine , i tried razor before it was bad as hell

It's not because it is painful/hurtsnor anything..the skin just has been covered in dry callous for so long, it will look that way at first. Also, things like bloodflow show more in the feet, etc. It goes away fast, and when you keep up with your feet regularly, they don't get so bright red at anymore.

As an Arab (algerian) I’ve been doing this for my whole life, like everybody in Algeria and I am pretty sure people from Morocco and Tunisia do this too, it’s quite funny to see people in the west discover this now 😭😂
