It depends on the definition of good :) For me it was good, it was about 15C during the day, sunny, sometimes I was in a T-shirt, 5-10C in the evening. A lot of blossom. I don't know about mountains. The other place I visited - Uplipsitskhe, it's very windy there.

A little bit about prices. The most expensive part for me was tickets, Marseille-Istanbul-Tbilisi - 450€. Apartments for 9 nights - 300€. Taxi though Bolt application is not expensive - about 10€ for 30 minutes. Subway - almost free of charge - 0.36€. Dinner - it depends :) - 15-30€ for two.
