I wouldnt consider it damage io but more of a flank / offtank hybrid that can also heal. And i was about to explain myself and how i approach io as a whole but i realised ide be typing a short novel. Tldr version is basically being bait with double leap and sheild, use sacrifice when you know your team can secure atleast 1 kill or if you can save a teammate, and be extremely active with luna, as in having her basically follow a non tank ally which can be done easily with the card that gives 0.4 sec off every tick at lvl 4, paired with 40% length. No need for any extra moonlight if you are on a team that can follow up on your sacrifice instead of typing healers feeding while walking back to spawn. (Which i know is rare).

you are rushing yourself and not giving yourself time to set up. you kept running down mid and Kinessa would just pick you off. for her, you want to get a Spirit Traps on her to cause fear without her noticing you then combo her before she could teleport and if you can't then you follow her with Body and Soul to get the kill. also you are using Body and Soul as an exit plan when you need to use it for scouting or to catch someone out of place. you want to use Body and Soul to find your target first while planning an attack. then you teleport to it or back to your body, which everyone works best. also you can use it to move around unseen. if you can get your soul into a better position to jump her, do that. if you think your body is better, teleport back.
