Hello When attempting to charge or power on my Ouraimo Necklace 4 headphones, they do not respond. There is no indication light when plugged in, I have tried multiple charging cables and USB ports without success. Resetting the headphones did not resolve the issue either. Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or recommend a solution? Thank you.

I bought mine today 30,000mah nd I have been charging it for past 9hours it get stuck until unplug nd plug it before it add another % I'm using Tecno spark 10pro charger.. I plugged it around 11am nd not is 7pm nd it still charging is 97 now and it was 80% when I unbox it...
