It will copy and print but not scan tried everything says no computer, so how does it let me print from my laptop but will not scan. I even downloaded the Epson scan says scanner is busy. So now what.

Initial setup says protective materials still to be removed but I've done that as far as I can tell - no little blue tape strips stuck anywhere. The only thing remaining is the clear plastic strip encasing what I assume are the 4 ink tubes which I thought was not to be removed or even touched. What am I doing wrong?

Can I control power on/off functions utilizing a StreamDeck or Companion? Or is it possible to power on/off using macros within ProPresenter 7? L630U model projector.

Thank you for your question. We don't see that the hardware devices can learn or mimic IR commands, nor do they have RS-232 interfaces, only USB and not sure it can learn ESC/VP commands for Power on/off. As for the ProPresenter 7 - This is similar to PowerPoint, so no on that. We recommend you speak with the respective company support, or consider Epson options like the Pilot 3 or PixiePlus.

Insufficient, if you are not on the NETWORK, it is not possible to connect. And if you try to connect to the EPSON WIFI NETWORK there is no way to get the password. THE QR CODE has the hidden password

It only has just over 4000pixels after shifting, that’s 2k not 4k according to the CEA, the board that governs definition. They coined a fake marketing line 4k UHD to fool consumers. Epson would you like to explain?

I couldn't figure out how to close the lid after refilling ink so thought I'd post the solution as it wasn't obvious from the manual. It is designed to stay up so you can refill the ink obviously, but it wouldn't unlatch easily and I didn't want to break it. But it turns out you just need to apply a slight firm pressure holding on the sides rotating it downward for it to unlatch. Hope that helps any other nervous people out there.

So how do we turn the Bluetooth on/off and pair it to the app. It says I'm wifi connected however when I am trying to connect with the bluetooth function I cannot, because there isn't a Bluetooth button or any indication thereof. There wasn't even a picture showing what buttons are on there. There isn't even a way to set it up or turn it on in the LCD. Please help.

Hello! The WF-2930 has three connectivity options: Hi-Speed USB, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), and Wi-Fi Direct. There is no Bluetooth.

@@epsonamerica Why isn't the app connecting with my printer. It knows it's there but it just cannot detect it to connect it to the app. It says "Connect your product to Epson Smart Panel" yet it fails to detect to connect it. However it was able to be set up with the mobile app. I do think it was a bad decision to not include Bluetooth for this reason. I guess I will just uninstall the app and not use it even though it would have been convenient.
