Incredible material. This is pure gold for a white belt. If you're a white belt and you can't be in the dojo everyday, then do this. It's important to get this SAME exact bag. Its 250 with shipping but WELL worth it.

He sounds like a very wise man and wise teacher. He teaches to the students' deficits, and then the student is free to learn without fear. I'm brand new at 50 in this art. Maybe one day when in Miami I can meet him, if lucky.

You must be in great shape. Use a timer with each drill. Start with 30 secs and increase until you break a sweat.
