Im confused about the elbows... you said not to flare them outward but not to bend them inward... not sure what to do with my elbows
@gym-222 ай бұрын
Sorry for the confusion @maiyouk .Still working on my explanation skills 😅 😬 I made a full video of this short, its the latest upload on the channel, that can help you to understand a little more. By not flaring the elbows in nor out I mean, keeping the elbow joint stationary. So ,as long as your elbow does not move when you push up, you probably do the right thing. Hope this helps. 🙏

please make the voice mp3 a mono audio, i can only hear your voice on my right ear. also thank you for teaching me the correct posture, i didnt know i was progressing wrong. i forgot the scapular shrugs and no wonder i have been stuck at just 2 chin ups for 2 weeks. thank you.

also are episodes more like days or progressions? i would think its more like progressing through different moves, which wont be quick for me
@gym-222 ай бұрын
These are more like progressions and if you are able to increase the reps per progression, you will unlock the next progression fast 💯

The biggest nonsense ive heard in years, obviously every one of us has a purpose, some will become teachers, parameds, soldiers, but they do have a God given purpose, apart from the extremists, which i think you mean as cruel. Living without a purpouse in life is pointless

Do you really think the universe care what profession you choose? What diet you follow or who you date? This is just a nice positive quote from Sadhguru himself but you bring your negative energy to it. You just proven my point. If this isnt your cup of tea, just move on. Hope you find peace and love

@@gym-22 I'm sorry I wasn't meant to offend you I just feel like I'm not really agreeing with those words even though of a wise man which I really do know he possesses the knowledge about many of man's problems but I just feel that I've got a purpose in life but that doesn't neglect the fact that you are also somewhat correct I just reacted too harshly this isn't complete nonsense but I wouldn't just say it fits me, ask for now I found both love and peace as a Catholic but surely I wasn't meant to offend you

If you're trying to develop enough strength or power for reasonably clean MU's, just regress the load with bands. And unless you're pretty tall, you'll probably want to loop the band around the bar a few times when you hitch it on. That way it will continue to deliver assistance near the top of the movement. The band the girl in the vid is using is too long and strong for her. It gives her more help than she needs at the bottom and less than she needs at the top. So try a lighter one and loop it over a few times (a prusik knot).
