If you like a kind of DFAM clone or house and techno beats, I guess you would like it. The reason why I bought it was to built up a moog studio 3 clone, which is out of range for me. Crave and Edge are much cheaper...waiting still for the Spice 😭... Meanwhile I discovered the volcas instead. If you like dirty dark noisy sounds in style of NIN Trent Reznor, the Edge will be your companion 😊👍 enjoy and let me know if you joined the Edge club 👍😂

Thanks for watching, kiunthmo. As a former guitar player, I am relatively new to synths. I started with the Crave last year and recently read some reviews about the Edge. Since my setup lacked a step sequencer, I decided to buy it after watching a few videos. I haven’t played the DFAM, and while many say the Edge is a kind of clone, it does have a unique sound. The most important thing for me was a quote from one review: "Trent Reznor in a box," and that is really true. I highly recommend testing it out. I really enjoy it, even though it's pretty tricky to combine with my Volcas 😂

Thanks...yeah I really like these kind of sounds. The Behringer Edge is my favorite synth for creep noises. Using my old guitar gear is fun, but also too heavy at all with diffent sorts of effects etc 🤔😅

@@Simone-DPS yes. Model D and Neutron are on my wishlist. Still need time for my actual gear. I have the XD and Microfreak waiting here...but the volcas are soo handy to play one the sofa with headphones😂

To sync them is very easy... I just tried to find a similar sound from the Crave oscillator matching with the Drum sounds and frequency... Have fun. Both are really nice pieces of gear ☺️ enjoy and thanks for watching and feedback 👍
