That works for jumping the bridge but if you don't have the cloak/toy you still need a way to approach Ordos and tag it.

It's just practice, if you don't know where to start try to level a character from lvl 1 (or 10), you'll get to it in a couple of days, then you just have to keep improving in the areas you feel that are your weakest ones.
