Interesting tutorial. tx. Obviously the currently for V4 supplied DDA+ is supplied with extra cabling and a revised GNSS bracket now!👍 This way, besides initially holding only the GNSS antenna in its tailsection, now also holding the red data dongle for quick removal. great mod!👌 Mine is still hidden separately under the seat, plugged into the DDS3.0 Service connector, making it a pain to remove/install this red USB data dongle for download.🙃 I will ask my dealer if they can order and retrofit the required extra cabling and revised bracket you showed. Do you nJoy racing your V4 with DDA and analyzing your efforts afterwards with the by Danfoss-Prosa developed DDA Analyzer software? Imho Prosa's analysis suite works good for data-only analysis if you're a telemetry-pro. For trackday hobbyists however, more effective 'visual learning' works better if you (could) display your DDA data on top of your selfmade trackday movie: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fMyia6xp3NeRiJs.html 🎥 🍿 Sadly, Ducati officially doesn't allow exporting its proprietary dda telemetry-data to 3rd party platforms.💩🫤

great video! I have the issue with my RSV4 21-23 that it always seems to behave different and now i understand why. i ride it in track 1 and i have issues that the rear is moving too much when accelerating hard out of corners. but its not always the same kind of shaking. so next time i will use M1 and close the rebound 3 clicks to let the damper not move upwards too fast. maybe like this the shaking with get less. and i think it should always behave the same then. so far my idea. i will report. if you have suggestions, please let me know :) thanks a lot ✌🏻

It takes quite a bit of fussing around but the optimate cable is just long enough to feed it into the under seat storage. The moulding in the bottom of the compartment looks like it was made for it and when you need to charge it routes out through the hole for the pillion seat strap.

Such an awesome track, you were moving out there! A rear-facing GoPro with a wind sock usually captures great audio, overlay that sound track over the front facing camera video and you have a badass video. 🤘

Off topic but do you have any suggestions for front brake drag? I have newish brake fluid and I keep the calipers reasonably clean and I am using OEM brake pads but they bind up pretty heavily; I can feel that when I come back from a session and try to put on the warmers.

The older I get the more I like the ergonomics of the BMW. They’re both awesome bikes. Off the track, the BMW is probably easier to maintain. But you can’t go wrong with either one.

You should be able to change the power delivery (AEM) in user mode from 1 to 3 I believe. I’m going from memory because I sold the bike.

That’s a pretty big wind screen. For longer highway rides you don’t find it helpful? I’ve taken mine on the highway a couple of times and the wind is crazy.

Agreed. It provides some relief on the interstates to about 70-75 mph. But if you’re at the track at higher speeds, not sure if it’s helpful. Because I’ll mostly use on track, I’ll likely take it off and go back to stock.

Plus with how easy it’s to put on and remove this thing, it can be removed whenever not needed. Thank you for showing it. I didn’t know there was one this big for the sfv4

Such a beautiful and fun place. Rode my first track day there and used to ride it a lot when I lived in north Georgia. I’m in north TX now and motorcycle tracks and motorcycle riding is almost nonexistent here. Barber is really tough but a lot of fun once you get used to it. The museum and grounds are just next level too
