Great video and content. I appreciate organization and agree there is a sense of relaxation always knowing where everything is. I'm a fan of the Clear Totes for my gear. Makes it easy to see what's inside without having to open it up and look. Thanks for the video.

what about if you add solar pannels to these bikes so while you ride them, you can charge them at the same time. I also would like to trick california rules to ride without a license which is to put fake peddles, on the bike so that you can avoid these dumb ahj rules of California.

I am no bad ass. However, 20 years military with half my career in SOF gives me a bit more training/experience than some rando at my local gun range. My two cents: It’s better to look like a regular dude until it’s time to find work. There are plenty of dudes looking to take your fuckn’ lunch money (who can and will).

I love my RH25 but it has one major flaw: it is really designed to be a clip on to an LPVO. This makes for a heavy system. You might as well buy a high end thermal scope.

Bro civilians don’t need military grade Thermal optics. You guys are dressed up like you’re ready for war or something. Stop it with the theatrics 😂

Learn to estimate distance with your reticles, about 5 Mils is avg shoulder length at 100 yds, and about 20 Mils is avg height at 100 yds. Eotech Circle reticle is set at avg height for 100 yds for examples. Effective enough.

Leave it to PSA to confuse all their buyers. Unfortunately I was one of those. You end up spending more money fixing their stuff than you would if you just bought the good stuff in the first place

Ohhh so you were there for the Portland Summer of love too huh?? Yeah.. I stay the F from around Portland. We live in Oregon City. Iv lived here a long long time but we are moving out deeper into some property where I don’t have to fucking bug out. I raise birds, rabbits , few dogs and plans for pigs and goats so I’ll be on it. However I do spend little bits of money as I get it on different stuff to keep myself moving forward with my prep even if it’s one item at a time. I think too many guys get exited too quick and spend a whole 3 paychecks on gear and weapons and I just can’t do that . Glad I didn’t too because here we are still ok and I don’t own millions of dollars to a credit card company for something that didn’t develop they way we thought it possibly could have. Now I wouldn’t have been totally fucked if things did get worse a few years ago or recently but that wasn’t reality so I don’t worry about that

imo...really tough to beat an emptied 2L soda bottle. Perfect size/weight (mobility), thick and durable, excellent tight seal, already clean once soda gone, easy to drink from, sharable portion, easily expendable, exists everywhere...

I was damn near sold on getting the RH25 until I saw the view of 200m+. I was not aware how terribly pixelated things are. I wouldn't feel great about taking a shot with that being the sight picture. Is this how 200m+ appears in most thermal (higher end), or is this just a limitation of the RH25?
@dirty-civilian6 сағат бұрын
You’re going to have to find a unit with a higher resolution to get rid of the pixels like that. The price goes up… a lot. But, the good news is this tech is getting better every year!

Boy scout here. If youre using a gravity filter i would totally suggest making sure your dirty water bag's valve isn't at the very bottom, if its on the side an inch or so above the bottom it gives you the option to wait 30ish minutes to let the soot and nasty stuff in the water to settle befoer you begin filtering. it will improve your filters lifespan and allow it to filter quicker.
