OK. sure, someone should be compensated for their expertise but sorry, Emily, you lost me after listening for 20 minutes. Can't believe I hung in there that long. You could have said the safe things with more effect if you had condensed your presentation to 5 minutes. You lose people because you go on and on and on.

My legs are pretty darn huge now. Everyone says my legs/quads are big.They were regular/skinny sized 2.5 years ago. Twice a week: I do first leg extensions, squat machine, leg press, end with leg extension again to fry them out, (all foot placements) and then RDL'S only. I always do sets of 12reps. Every couple of weeks I do a high rep leg day. (Sets of 20-25) I have not done ONE set of barbell squats in 2.5 yrs. I also get comments on my big calves. (I had small/skinny calves) I do sets of calves everyday before I work out other body parts. I make 3 days a week dedicated calve day. I always do sets of 15-20 reps on calves. Sometimes I do sets of 25-30. I never go heavy on calves. I also only skipped leg day MAYBE 3 or 4 times in 2.5 yrs. I never usually skip meals and always ice pack my knees after leg day.( Even if they don't feel achy) I do legs on Monday and Friday. Work out 6 days a week. Do this routine and I promise you will get big azz legs! 👍💯

The difference between hack squats and regular squats is that you take your lower back out of the equation. For most people, the legs won't be the limiting factor in squats.

Set a timer for 4 minutes and was about in a full sweat when I was done 🥵😭😂 def got the heart rate going and can’t wait to try the other routines with it.
