It would be better to assist some sort of water jacketed oil pre-heater, so it is already hot upon machine entry, I would not recommend to heat oil with flame directly as the flame temperature is uncontrollable, do not confuse with intensity. A direct flame will create some hot spots and solid carbon will deposit within the system clogging everything. So electricity is the way to heat the oil to desired temperature of boiling, not burning.

Not really, it is sold as cat toilet, like 10 dollars for 7 liter bag, and needed a small portion, say one dollar worth per 30L of fuel.

This one was reclaimed from the accidental mix of proper gas station fuel - diesel and petrol, so no treatment after distillation necessary. I drive my same cars with this diesel fuel for last 12 years, - no problems.

In this case, I’m showing how to make fuel out of garbage, and others can replicate this too. I'm in New Zealand, where road use is paid for separately, so no one here cares what's in the fuel tank. I could put anything in there, but since the road tax is paid, I can drive it. Moreover, there are many countries in the world that don't pay your so-called "royal family tax." Plus, there are ways to use fuel off-road, for example, in agriculture, stationary applications, and so on. As a criminal expert, you seem to see crime in every action. If humanity were afraid to break laws, we would still be driving carts instead of flying airplanes. Is there any crime in the actions of big oil corporations? could be good foe a diesel, not so good for a petrol engine, so here we are separating diesel from petrol.

This device is for an accidentally mixed fuel recovery, not for oil distillation, I use synthetic oil in oil distillers.

Just one extra distillation after settling or centrifuge will give a good result, then clean with chemicals and get a transparent fuel.

добавляем 0,5 - 1% кислоты от объема обрабатываемого нефтепродукта, перемешиваем по часа, оставляем на сутки, сливаем с гудрона, затем желательно нейтрализовать, ножно 10% водным раствором кальцинированной либо пищевой соды, добавляем около 10%, перемешиваем, даем отстояться, сливаем отстой, если получилась имульсия и соляра побелела типа молока, то раствор держится нагретым до 65 градусов в течении нескольких часов, так вся вода выпадет в осадок, сливаем осадок, можно добавить абсорбента, затем фильтруем и используем, но всегда делайте тест на медной пластине. Сделать пиролиз проздачным можно перегонкой на непрерывном аппарате, смотри мои крайние видео.
