As the owner of a Vstrom 1050, I think I can say, Vtwins just don’t sound that good, no matter which exhaust system you use. I have owned over 30 inline fours from Suzuki and Honda, every one of them sounded better than the big strom, but not one of them could match it for smoothness. When it comes to Vtwin sound, less is more!

Cześć. Zastanawiam się między klasycznym owalnym tłumikiem a Gp1. Serce mówi żeby brać ten drugi 😄. Ale pytanie czy nie spowoduje on spadku mocy w porównaniu do bardziej klasycznego tłumika o wiekszej objętości?

Cześć, wyniki były porównywalne zarówno w długim i krótkim GP1. W obu przypadkach przyrost mocy i momentu. Mowa o full systemach. Przy samych końcowkach, różnice były niewielkie.

@@tneeo7 pues si que hay que reprogramar lo e preguntado y no lleva catalizador , es una tubería por lo tanto si o si hay que reprogramar , lo que puedes hacer lo más rápido y nas barato aun que duela...cortar con radial la soldadura y para delante....yo me lo estoy pensando

@@tneeo7 euro 5 es lo que tiene tio...y si..es mucho dinero, una buena línea son 1500 1700 y ñuego reprogramar son otros 500 , es un dinero que no se lo puede permitir todo el mundo

Ram-Air induction in the airbox most likely, most of these early to mid 2000’s bikes have a slight whistle sound to them when you rev them especially the Honda CBR Fireblades

Based on this video, I put the HP1 on my 2022 V85TT without changing the rest of the exhaust system. The increase in sound volume is moderate but noticeable and the tone was deepened (with the dB killer removed). No decel popping at all. Very satisfied with the result. Fit was perfect and the install took less than a half hour. There is no heat shield on the connector pipe which isn't an issue for the driver but could be for the pillion rider because it's close to the passenger foot rest.

Ja uważam, że skutery nie powinny mieć takich wydechów. Ktoś chce razowy dźwięk, to nie wydobędzie go ze skutera. Mi za dominatora dali 80 euro mandatu mimo, że nie był za głośny (w motocyklu sportowym).

This is usually not necessary unless the bike starts running too lean.
