i found navigating the course hard work ,apart from that the tuition was good.

Good review. Not sure if I want to take this course, I am at an intermediate level, but I would say maybe a mid range intermediate… Would you recommend this course to someone who feels a little stuck?

Crazy that Boss builds all these stupid options into a simple looper. Plus the instruction manual is junk.

The tree of death is just a thorn version of the tree inlays ibanez has used for a long time. People are buying it bc Tim Henson is considered the best guitarist right now. It's a super affordable signature model at $700 vs his electric TOD10 ar $1500. Most signature guitars are at least $1200 min.

You got it, Theodore. I like that you brought up pros and cons. It gave me more of an understanding to what I would be getting if I purchase the course. Cheers

I totally agree with you. I'm an intermediate player and the course goes incredibly slow. Good for beginners. Not for intermediate and above.

This is a super random question and I know it's not intended for this but.... could you use this as an interface to record from an electric drum kit? I'm thinking if I plug the micro into the drum kit and then usb from the micro into the laptop then I could record drums into the makeup? I know there is like a "direct in" setting with no effects. You think this would work?

The "stop" mode makes it either stop immediately when double tapped or stop the next time the loop ends. No?
@kirkearl3 ай бұрын
Does the looping school teach how to use a looper pedal to make a whole song live that doesn’t repeat the same chord progression for the entire song? I’ve been limited to making one loop and then improvising over it because I don’t know what to do once the chorus changes the progression. I even have a pedal capable of multiple tracks and I still don’t get how one does multiple progressions live.
@TheodoreGuitar3 ай бұрын
Hey, the course does not cover that. Unfortunately concepts such as those are too specialized for a course like this. It does however teach you how to use that one chord progression and then build more over the top.

I dunno. They can keep that junk though. I can buy a vintage 70's Iwao Kanayama, or many other similar classicals, backed with Jacaranda (real old growth Brazilian Rosewood), from Japan, for less than $200, that will sing like a crystal bell, unplugged.

Imagine all the old people tuning in to the radio in 1967 and hearing Purple Haze. Then imagine all the hippy teenagers. My dad saw Jimi at Woodstock and my mom was 18 in 1968. What a time to be alive.

as far as i know the original guitar was an old discontinued model that henson picked up somewhere and he liked it so much that ibanez brought it back and made a signature model for him.
