But evidently everyone in Idaho enjoys scrimping and Saving to have enough money to pat property tax.🤔 I just don't get it. Everyone needs to Google stop the pirates. Learn about your birth certificate and your social security card and your bank account number on the back and the straw man you pay taxes to and your driver's license and your marriage license these are all contracts with the elite.

Property taxes have now become confiscatory as Income taxes. Wake up people it’s the communist way to remove property from people and businesses! We should go back to constitutional taxation only.

Maybe Im confused but its hard for people in this economy to find the money for downpayments already and we literally have a homeless crisis right now. It made since for the seller who will be mak8ng a profit from the sale to pay the realtors using this agreement process to ensure they get paid. The buyer shouldnt have to pay for service when they are already paying out to purchase. But its beyond this issue i live in a military town but cant find a realtor who likes dealing with the va loan process.

Property taxes should be abolished. If taxes are needed, then it should be equal. Meaning that everyone pays the same amount, rich or poor.

If it's PRIVATE property why does the PUBLIC (government) have the right to keep taxing it?

If you take the money they spend wastefully that will take care of our property taxes going away and they need to not raise any other taxes. They are just a greedy mafia.

This is one of the reasons I love being a realtor. Helping folks find the homes and investments of their dreams makes my day. Granted there are alot of ups and downs along the way, but when its all said and done, folks are super happy and getting keys to what you own, is priceless.

We, as Americans, are not supposed to be paying this much in taxes. I can understand sales tax but not as many taxes as we're forced to pay.

So you believe that seller will still be selling for 500k if the buyer commission is gone. Shouldn’t it be 485k now. If not then it is a full fraud to pump up the prices.
