Hey @CooperCoin0017! Thanks for the response. I definitely hear what you are saying in regards to putting individuals in position that have the best knowledge and expertise. This example she is talking about is a rigorous fellowship that she created in honor and legacy of her late mentor. Sara has guided and funded this fellowship to further develop and give in particular talented black college student opportunities and access to expand and refine their skills and network to be a part of the next group of non profit and administrative leaders in our region. Because of the her mentorship she has developed several non profit leaders that are experienced, knowledgeable, and are doing incredible work to make St. Louis and the world better. Hopefully that helps for more context and also she gives more insight to her work. If you get a chance to listen to the full episode she dives more into her why. Let us know what you think and about the content. We appreciate feedback and ideas for new topics.
