I apologize more than receive them and I personally just don't believe they're necessary 90% of the time and that leaves approx 10% of meaningful apologies or traumas

Great interview. I was told that if you want to have success, ALWAYS PRAY to our Lord and Savior first. Also, learn from successful people. So I'm doing it. Great interview. Wow, I'm the first comment and it's 2024! Here are some notes: The Power Breathing Technique Breathe in through your nose down to your belly, then exhale slowly through your nose, repeat 5 times, enjoy dopamine! 5 Steps to Get Unstuck Ask yourself: 1. What is this feeling right now? 2. What would I have to believe to be true in order to feel this way? 3. What would I rather believe instead? 4. What’s a big, bold move that I would take with this new belief? 5. Take action on that bold move! Power Questions - What is the outcome I want? - What resources do I have? - Who can I lean on for support? - How DO I want to feel right now? - How could I feel that way and also be proud of myself after? I hope this helps everyone. Tim's work has helped me change my life in ways I could never imagine, it's not dramatic to say he helped me save my life. Thanks David Thanks Tim ❤

Authenticity is key to gen z. You have to engage on a personal level. Girls are very different to boys, listening to different music, communicating differently. They have to know who you are before they engage. They all want you to at least hear their views on things. They learn in so many different and technical ways books are not as useful as technology. Everything is on the phone.

In an agr where child anxiety, and depression and suicide, I'm weary of the news. Especially how fear mongering its become. Sounds like the antidote for entitlement is gratitude. So we need to show them other who have less, and give experiences where they have less themselves.
