Usually up around 3.00am. Beach walk between 4.30am and 6.00am if the tide is right. In summer it's an hour or so earlier.

Bloke died this morning crossing the Tweed Bar. No life Jackets by the sound of it. Here in Tassie life jackets are compulsory on boats under 6 metres. Why was this brought in? Cause idiots kept killing themselves and their fishing mates, that is why. With todays comfy jackets there is just no excuse.
