Justice Joseph Story, in his "Commentaries On The Constitution" laments as to why we will lose our rights. A subject, whereby the so-called pro-2nd community refuses to comprehend. What I have found over the years is an unbelievable ignorance of the subject, to which some claim to be experts. Section 1890 "The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them. And yet, though this truth would seem so clear, and the importance of a well regulated militia would seem so undeniable, it cannot be disguised, that among the American people there is a growing indifference to any system of militia discipline, and a strong disposition, from a sense of its burdens, to be rid of all regulations. How it is practicable to keep the people duly armed without some organization, it is difficult to see. There is certainly no small danger, that indifference may lead to disgust, and disgust to contempt; and thus gradually undermine all the protection intended by this clause of our national bill of rights." So many believe that the National Guard can be militia, when in fact the Constitution says otherwise, and the courts have already confirmed that it cannot be. The National Guard is just another excuse employed to deny what Militia is, and why the Founders placed it in the original Constitution as the only recognized authority "to execute the Laws of the Union..." THE 2ND AMENDMENT DOES NO SUCH THING. What it does is tell us that we must maintain OUR Militia is accordance with Article I, Section 8, Clauses 15 & 16, so that we have the organized, armed, and disciplined Militia that will protect all our rights.

Why should they? Are you for refugees coming into the US? Dont be hypocritical. Until Israel was created it was their country. Suppose Native Americans decided the rest of us need to leave. Because they were here first thousands of years ago. Should the European countries we came from be forced to take us back???

It is the lesser amounts of and use of socialism that is being forced upon us right now, that is destroying our economy and causing 35 trillion in debt. If America were to fully implement total socialism, we would become a 1991 Soviet Union disaster.

This is like to ask the question why does evil exist, perhaps to answer the very reason why the Utopia cannot exist. Because if you take away suffering and evil, there is no balance and hence in a system is cannot exist without the other.

Foreign aid missmanangement is not the issue. Identity politics and the refusal to allow meritocracy thrive is the issue. The existing structures are used to nepotistically keep incompetents in key positions because the competents are of a different ethnicity/religion and "will oppress us" if they are allowed to take power. The foreign aid is simply embezzled and the donor NGOs who are FULLY AWARE look the other way because incompetent corrupt rulership elite and an unstable semi failed nation state are great for natural resource extraction as cheaply as possible. This video is a misunderstanding of how Africa and Foreign aid works.

One day the most powerful and influential mice woke up and realized that they had everything they could ever want or need. It was not in their nature to be content with their achievement. Instead the only thing that mattered to them was gaining more power and influence. There was only one thing left that they had not conquered: The free will of the other mice. Undaunted by the morality of their task they set in immediately to take this last thing from the citizens of mouse land.

One of my coworkers is from French Guiana. Technically, French Guiana is the richest in Latin America, but despite its gigantic GDP, its infrastructures are shockingly abysmal, as if they are living in a Central American country, namely Honduras, Nicaragua or even Bolivia and Paraguay. So basically French Guiana has the richest economy in Latin America on paper, but the reality isn't. I think back of this story when seeing what's going on to Ireland. Ireland is what French Guiana actually suffers now.

“The quickest way to make everyone poor is to insist on the equality of wealth.” ~Napoleon Bonaparte
I agree with Nick here. With capitalism you have private banks for startup capital, and customers decide what is for sell, not a government overlord. Markets are determined bottom-up, not top-down. There are MANY reasons why socialism can never work. If your definition of socialism is "A Command and Control system of economic organization in which government has a necessary role in the continuous redistribution of power, wealth, and property," then you notice the terrifying expenses around the word "continuous." The communist-socialist model eventually requires the government to be the only entity that owns everything and employs everyone... Children these days ignore the fact that socialism always goes bankrupt, and assume that they can have property rights when the government owns everything they "buy." The selling point for socialism is that resources are magically limited and this creates conflict when the wants of the wealthy impede that needs of the poor. Socialism then promises to assuage the envy and jealousy they feel toward successful people, when an army of government redistributors steals the good stuff.

I think it needs to be emphasized even more that we are the economy and why central economic planning is impossible is because it would require to accurately predict the decisions of millions of people on a continuous basis. Hence the shortages and extreme lack of variety of goods in communist countries.

Arabs would rather have all Palestinians die than take them. It shows they hate Israel more than the love their Palestinians brothers. It shows it’s all about hating the Jews. They don’t give a damm about the Palestinians. Fact. Sad but true. Europe took 5 million Syrian refugees, millions of Ukrainians yet Saudi Arabia would not take a single Syrian. Egypt and Jordan would not take a single Palestinian. Hypocrites
