Fun fact, the staff entried our dorm in our first week unannounced at 9pm, and lambasted us for cleaniness. When he was told it was the standard we got the dorm at, and he was violating the contract with his random visit, I got a tail tucked apology. Most students will be too scared to get that.

I would be really thankful if you could talk to me about that university because there's not enough videos for me to decide if its a good one or not even though what you said is enough to make me not want to set foot. Ignoring you stating your disability definitely seems unprofessional and unfair and if a staff is gonna keep entering the dorm in and out that would definitely get on my nerves and I'm glad you stood up for your rights.

You're very keen on your public appearance, but when it came to actually accommodating a disabled student, your manager made it clear that your company thought it was okay to fail them because "the real world wouldn't make allowances". You fail your basic legal requirements.
