That was great! I try so hard and have done so many of these to “meet and see my guides”. I’ve never been able to see a face or anything very helpful This time however was very bizarre…. The person turned and came into focus but it was grandma- about 40th years young and looked more like my mom 🤷‍♀️ She was saying she loved “playing that role” 🤔. What is that about?!??

Ok I'm freaking out right now too scared to move...I did this meditation without even thinking much of it i was sleepy not sure i would even get through most of it but i was trying my best to imagine and sense the the people and things she was telling me to but i was a little distracted since midway my electricity went out and i had to turn on the data plus i was really was itchy for some reason...when she told me to open my eyes i slowly did and looked around it was all dark since it is nighttime and i saw this like weird shadowy thing on the cupboard near my bed it wasn't like a humany shadow just something weird and i don't think it was any object in my room so anyway as my eyes slowly get used to being open i keep seeing this light coming below my head didn't make much of it cuz i thought it was coming from the phone i was just waiting for the video to get over and i tried to look around i have a window above my bed so i thought it was coming from there but it wasn't then when i looked a little closer i realized it was coming from my chest it's just this constant on and off light like a flashlight it won't stop it's still going i don't even know if I'm going crazy im just too scared too move also it's suddenly dead silence too which sucks i mean I'll turn the flashlight in hope it goes away but once i turn it off there it is...I don't even know what to do rn I'm just scared to get up from this bed
